We used Paul for our transfer to and from Birmingham Airport as I didn’t want to leave the car there for 3 weeks. From... the very first conversation with Paul he was friendly, professional and very helpful. He was punctual, helped me carry the luggage out to the van and helped my disabled wife into the vehicle, he offered us water for the journey and we had great conversation with him all the way there. Paul even helped us get everything into the airport, this was absolutely above and beyond in my opinion and much appreciated as I would have struggled with the wheelchair and cases.
Paul was at the airport waiting for us when we landed and met us inside the airport and pushed the trolley out to the vehicle for us and then carried the luggage into the house for us when we arrived home.
I would 100% recommend Millard travel and will definitely use them for every future airport transfer.read more

We used Millard Travel for our holiday this year due to recently having a baby and not wanting added stress getting to... and from the airport.
After reading some great reviews I decided to make my booking which was very easy and straight forward.
Paul arrived at our house in the early hours dressed professionally and on time, he put all of our luggage on board his immaculate mercedes minibus allowing us to relax and start our holiday in style.
Whilst on our journey Paul provided us with some chilled bottles of water, a friendly relaxed atmosphere and conversation to match. We were dropped off pretty much at the door to departures stress free and told to enjoy our holiday.
We arrived home today and Paul was waiting for us outside arrivals, we received exactly the same service on our journey home which really topped off a great holiday.
I cannot thank Paul enough and recommend anyone wanting to use his services.

We have used Paul on several occasions now, the latest being from 30th December to 6th January 2023 to and from... Manchester airport, when originally booked we was ment to be travelling to Birmingham Airport, but due to airport change we needed to amend our booking. Paul was on hand and able to accommodate the new change.

Paul was recommended to us by a family member after we were looking for transport to take us to and from Manchester... Airport.
Paul picked us up on time, and we had refreshments in the back of the car for the journey. The car was clean and very spacious, and it was extremely comfortable. He was polite and we had a great, free-flowing conversation the entire journey.

For the service provided, Paul offers an extremely affordable rate. I would recommend him to anyone looking for airport transfers, or any other form of transportation you require. I will definitely be using Millard Travel again in the future.read more

Excellent experience with Millard Travel will be 100% using them again for our next holiday. Pure pleasure kept us in the loop with traveling times advised about freak traffic on the day and picked us up earlier to make sure we was at the airport on the agreed time. 100% recommend Millard Travel to anyone.
