We used Millard Travel for a transfer to Birmingham Airport. Paul, our driver, was fantastic - personable, professional and punctual. The executive minibus was extremely comfortable. Great communication throughout. We had Paul recommended to us and I'll be doing the same for others too.

I saw Pauls details on facebook when looking for a reliable airport transfer & all the reviews proved to be 100% true!!! Paul is a fantastic guy, so polite & lovely to chat to. We arranged for a 3:30am pick up & Paul arrived dead on time. We had a safe journey & a nice chat & Paul explained about the pick up on our return. On our return Paul was on time waiting for us in the most beautiful car a Mercedes S Class, we felt like royalty, well for the length of the journey any way!!!! His rates are very reasonable & his service is top class. He is down to earth, a real top guy. We more than highly recommend him & will 100% use his company again next time we are away. Used millard travel for our airport run on 30th sept till 11th October from dudley to Birmingham airport. Fantastic all round service. Picked up on time in luxury and spotlessly clean vehicle and Paul could not have been more pleasant, very smartly dressed and nice little touches of complimentary water and mints . A classy experience travelling to and from the Airport. Millard travel is highly recommended and I have passed his services on to many friends who will return to use again and again.
What an absolutely lovely man. Kind, courteous & punctual. We had a 30 hour delay today on our flight back from Rhodes. Paul kept in regular contact with myself during what was a very stressful time. He was there waiting when we came out of the airport with a friendly smile & was genuinely interested in having a chat with us on our journey home. He never once made us feel bad about the delay & reassured us he would be there. He goes above & beyond & once again Thankyou Paul.
